The industrial park is located in the village limits
and is located on 22 acres. The industrial park has an entrance off of
M-24, a Michigan Department of Transportation Class A road. Also, the
park has municipal utilities such as water, wastewater, electric, and
natural gas. For large corporations that use high volume shipping, the
industrial park has 435 ft of railroad access. Furthermore, the village
provides police and fire protection.

The village is looking at commercial and industrial
corporations that have an interest in starting a new business or expanding
on their current operations. Mayville is located 24 miles from Lapeer, 35
miles from Saginaw, 43 miles from Flint, 72 miles from Port Huron, and 81
miles from Detroit. |

The village is offering government subsidies for
commercial and industrial corporations that will create jobs, retain jobs,
and promote economic development. Such subsidies may include a low cost
lease agreement, water, wastewater, land development, environmental review
certification, and tax abatement plans. |
